Heavenly Beauty Kueen Boutique takes pride in selling the best high quality pieces we can find!

* Most of our clothing has ultimate stretch and or compression material for the extra body sculpting look.

*Did you know, most boutique items are unique pieces and can‘t be restocked once they’re gone?

1. How does the sizing run? 90% of our clothing fits true to size. The other 10% that may run larger or smaller, we will specify that detail on our website underneath the product describes. We go by the U.S. standard sizing chart!

2. How are items shipped? We use USPS, and most items under one pound will be shipped First Class with tracking. If your item is over that it will be shipped USPS Priority. Please visit HBK shipping policy for more information.

3. When will my item(s) get to me? Please wait at least 3-5 business days to get your package after it has left our fulfillment Center.

4. How do I cancel an order? We aim to process orders same day. We do not allow the cancelations of orders. If you purchase the wrong size or color, Any Questions or concerns contact us Via Email: madebyhbk@gmail.com. However, we can not promise that your error will be corrected during the shipment process. 

5. Do you give refunds? Due to Concern Circumstance customers have 7 Days after order was delivered to file are refund in the form of a Store Credit Gift Card. Certain Items can we returned for store credit only. Please visit our Return Policy for more details.

6. Can I call to order? Yes, we do allow over the phone orders!

7. Do you hold Items? No, unfortunately not. We have a high turnover of product so we cannot hold items. If you are unsure about purchasing because of the fit, or have questions, please send us an email via MadeByHBK@gmail.com

8.How do I track my order? Once your order has been shipped you will be email and/or text with your tracking information. Please allow 24-48 business hours for your shipment details to update with USPS.

9. I received a damaged item. What should I do? In the event that you receive a damaged item, please send us an email (madebyhbk@gmail.com) as soon as possible and provide a photo of the damaged item. If applicable, we will kindly provide a return shipping label so that you can send your item back. Please note, we are not responsible for damages that occur after wearing or washing the item.

10. Why was my order canceled? Due to an unforeseen event, the item you ordered suddenly became out of stock and is no longer available. We promise these cases are rare. However, if an item in your order does become unavailable, you will be contacted within 24 to 48 hours about the cancellation. If your order contains additional items, these items will still be shipped to you and the unavailable item will be removed from your order. If your order is flagged as fraudulent, your order will be cancelled immediately.
